Injured runners — I'd love 20 minutes of your time (no pitch, just listening)

I'm a clinical exercise physiologist building something for runners returning from injury, and before I write a single line of code I want to understand what the experience is actually like.

Specifically I'm looking to talk to people who are currently injured, or who've returned from injury in the last 6 months. Lower limb injuries especially — but all welcome.

What I'm NOT doing: pitching you an app, asking you to sign up for anything, or trying to sell you anything.

What I AM doing: trying to understand how you currently decide whether to run on any given day, what support you have (or don't), and what the emotional side of recovery really feels like.

20 minute video or phone call. Completely anonymous. Happy to share findings with you afterwards if that's useful.

If that sounds interesting, drop a comment or DM me. Genuinely grateful for any time people can spare.
