Has anyone applied for the arrears cap pogram relief for child support ?

Child support worker asked for my social security statement from year 2025 and and My driver license, submitted all documents on april 24 , still not answer keep saying its under review and for necessary action ,

How long this take , ? Also i want to know if i qualify my ssa statement show i earned $14,400 on 2025.
