I have a relative who has a good pickle manufacturing business in a tier 3 town in andhra pradesh. The business is good with annual turnover of 24 cr last FY.
They have close to 150 diff SKUs like sambar powder, various pickles, rasam powder etc etc

All of the current sales are organically grown over the years with connects to wholesale dealers and kirana stores.

Now they are thinking to start exporting but are absolutely clueless how to start and what all to take care in the initial days

Any advice would be highly appreciated.
