I’m just planning on travelling abroad for an extended period of time in Jan/Feb 2027. As a result I’m looking to get a 1 bedroom condo downtown Toronto for the next couple of months (4-6 months) but I’m finding it very hard to find these kinds of listings.

Any advice on finding something that fits the bill?

Context:

- Budget is $2300

- No need for parking

- No preference on furnished or unfurnished

- Ideally want to be west of Yonge St

- Flexible to move in anytime May/June

Any suggestions on finding these kinds of listings would be greatly appreciated!
