Update: I tried redownloading the app and it sorta worked? the video is in my gallery now but when I click on it it's just a corrupted file and won't play

I used a school account to open a drive file that was shared to me by my classmate (also used a school account) when I tried to download the videos I get a notification saying "video downloaded" but when I checked in my gallery it's not there. My other friends can download the videos fine.

Please help. This is very urgent.
