Is this not a membership made up of people who have “unshakable testimonies” & literal spiritual confirmations from the Holy Ghost himself that the church is true?

Why are they so worried about devout members listening to a podcast that highlights issues within the church, if the church is true?

They’ve claimed they have nothing to hide but try to sue those that expose them. They aren’t suing for defamation or slander because they know what John says is true, which confirms the church isn’t; and it’s the church itself that is bringing this to everyone’s attention.

Edit: someone pointed out that the church is more worried about investigators vs members and it’s a great point and true. I think it highlights the fact that they know their sales pitch is weak in comparison to Mormon Stories and again, they shouldn’t care about the competition if they’re selling the truth.
