White Cut Small Intestine 白切小腸
So the closest I can eat this at a restaurant is like 2 hours away, about 4 hour round trip with minimal traffic so I wanted to try my hand at making it with a 2 hour round trip.
The common translation seems to be small intestine but it looks more like pork uterus? Not chitterlings. Chitterlings seem to have a different texture from what I see of images.
Anyone know how to properly prepare and make a decent sauce? Though I think the sauce might be like oyster paste with garlic or something similar.
