Purchased a boot from Bataleon's main website, and it has been a headache (no, I didn't use the boots and tried to return it).

  1. Refund is completely on you; cost me $60 to send it back (yeah, my fault, shoulda read the return policy, but kinda thought snowboarding companies have generous return policies like EVO and REI).
  2. When trying to initiate a return process, it took their rep like 3 days to respond to provide an RMA#. First, you get an automated AI response, which is honestly a breath of fresh air, because it actually sounds way more genuine than a real person's response.

Don't know what's the incentives to buying from Bataleon's main website when you can buy from EVO or REI, get wayyyy better customer service and return policy, AND you get 10% back in the form of points.

(still haven't gotten my refund, process has been ongoing for about 3 months...)
