I have just had some boxes installed, with cabling to go to alternate rooms. I have;

Fibre Input -> Modem -> Router -> Port (2 outlets) -> Wire to Computer

It’s not finding a connection.

Why would this be? It’s the same wire I used to drape throughout the house, to the room I needed it to work in, but just plugged in to the outlet on the wall. I have a cable, confirmed to be working (tested) from router to the wall.

Can someone please advise?
