Looking at doing a sportive every month over the summer and found a couple that Norfolk Cycling Events are putting on. Be interested to hear if anyone has ever done one of their events and whether you would recommend it?

Got my wheels a few weeks ago. Bought some spanking new Pirelli P Zero Race TLR tyres. Taped the wheels to run them tubeless. Could not for the life of me get the sodding things onto the rim. Tried every trick in the book, broke 2 tyre levers and gave up in the end. Took them to 2 different shops and neither of them managed to get them on either.

Admitted defeat and bought the same tyres but the non TLR version and a couple of TPU tubes. Went on straight away by hand without even needing a tyre lever. Pumping them up they seated, but without the usual 'pop' of the bead seating. They are definitely on and seated correctly, but not 'hearing' the reassuring 'pop' has made me weary that they were a little baggy so to speak. From one extreme to the other. Anyone else experienced the same?
