Why don't Lush do a 'subsribe and save' option across everything? 🤔

I have just 2 regular items I repurchase these days: Punkawalop hair clay; because I like the messy/ textured look, and I actually use Grease Lightning spot treatment as a preventative; because it's gentle enough for daily use on my oily nose before bed (I can rock the Ruldoph look AYR! 😅) and it prevents spots from even forming!

I would just like the option to 'subcribe and save' and feel I can't be alone in this? I see a lot of posts about Redditors have boxes go missing, turning up damaged, forgetting to pause/ cancel in time and ending up with 2 boxes for that month... But more often than this? Not *every* Lush customer will like and use *every* item in their box, and there's often an abundance of individual kitchen box items on popular resell sites... Just seems kinda crazy to me that they don't offer customers products they actually want/ ask for? 🤷🏼‍♀️ The Lush Club rewards programme has also attracted a similar amount of negative feedback on this sub too; points aren't being added, app isn't updating to show the new total, acumliated points disappearing etc.

I would imagine it's purely marketing/ FOMO and these boxes obviously aid profit margins, otherwise they wouldn't still be promoting them, and perhaps the Lush Club rewards programme *is* doing better than they'd hoped... Still.
