Do you guys track who issues refunds/discounts on your team?

I’ve been helping manage a Shopify store recently and noticed a couple of refunds that didn’t really make sense.

It got me thinking — there’s no real “approval” or oversight, anyone with access can just issue it.

Curious how other stores handle this:

• Do you just trust your team?
• Do you manually check orders later?
• Or is there some way to control this that I’m missing?
