Hi, I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant and have been very unwell for the past weeks. I can barely function, I’m mostly lying down, struggling to eat and drink and feeling very weak with ongoing nausea/vomiting and stomach pain.

I do have a scan booked on Friday(first trimester ultrasound scan), but I’m worried about dehydration and whether this is more severe than normal pregnancy sickness.

Could someone please advise me before then?
