I haven’t had time to put the waterproof mattress protector and my baby got pee on my new organic mattress. It was just in the surface, didn’t have a change to soak. I blotted the pee and you couldn’t even tell he peed on it. I sprayed it with vinegar and water mixture but I think I over sprayed it because I could see the wet spot and it was wet to touch and now I’m scared mold will grow inside the mattress. Am I overthinking this? I put baking soda right now to soak up moisture.
