In short I was in right turn lane and state vehicle was in straight only lane and turned right and into my vehicle.

Their liability was admitted at the scene and I have dash cam footage evidencing their fault.

Does anybody know the State Agency procedure, timelines etc and do I claim through the specific state agency as well?

Also rang gardai at the scene and they said they wouldn’t send out a squad car because nobody was injured and that the reg plates and my name was enough. Never got a pulse ref number or anything

Any advice on what to do, next steps?

Edit: I have notified my insurers and they advised to claim directly off the state agency.
