I had my first accident and hit a deer. No front end damage and only my windshield and pillar got damaged. I recently switched insurance two weeks ago for a lower rate. Everyone is telling me my claim might be denied because of recently switching. I have a police report, witness, and a dr.s note dated for treating my injuries sustained from the glass cutting me. Will I still get denied even having all this proof ?
