WA Residency application, am I out of luck?

I recently got accepted as a postbacc but got classified as a nonresident despite putting resident on my initial application. I am planning to meet with residency office to explain my situation but has anyone been in a similar situation? Here is my timeline:
moved to Washington in August 2023 for graduate school (at UW funnily enough, long story there), ultimately completed a master’s degree in summer 2025, and then began a full-time job beginning September 2025. Throughout this time I have gotten m a Washington driver’s license (in 6/25), voter registration, vehicle registration, and a long-term lease. I have taken some classes at a CC but never more than 5 credits in a quarter and the CC charges me instate tuition.

I worry this won’t be enough to establish me as a resident which is devastating because I would absolutely love to attend the program but can’t afford the more than 10K per quarter difference. Has anyone been in a similar position? What would be my best angle here?

Hello! I am wanting to get into Shakespeare and would love recommendations based on my favorite books. I've read Romeo and Juliet and Twelfth Night in high school, but that was almost a decade ago.

My favorite books are: Frankenstein, Picture of Dorian Gray, Great Expectations and Jane Eyre. I bought Folger's edition of Hamlet, but I now think starting with that may be overly ambitious.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Thank you all for the suggestions, Shakespeare community! I think I will start with Macbeth and watch the Mel Gibson adaptation of Hamlet before giving it a go.

Got my first recovery period this past weekend (on Saturday) and bled from Sat-Monday, not Tuesday (just spotting), but started bleeding yesterday and still bleeding today, although these past two days have been much lighter compared to the first two days.

Is this normal for a first cycle? Would this make my cycle 6 days, assuming the bleeding stops today? It’s been so long since I’ve had a period I can’t remember what’s normal hahaha
