Looking to purchase a used MY. Test drove a new one recently, for my little car usage it doesn’t make sense to spend so much.
Are there any tips, advice or anything to look out for when looking for a vehicle. Is it wise to only look at Tesla used or are other dealers ok?
Hi! Looking for some advice/experiences.
Last August I was diagnosed with patellar tendinopathy in both knees. I hadn’t been running for years but wanted to get back into it. Physio told me to stop running completely and focus on strengthening (quads, glutes, etc.), which I’ve been doing on and off since then.
I started running again this April. Initially it felt great, but I seem to hit a wall around 7k — that’s when the pain starts to come in around my knees.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of “distance ceiling”? Did anything help you push past it safely?
I’m planning to go back to physio, but would really value hearing what’s worked (or not worked) for others in a similar situation.
