ISO Palmyra Fruit (Ice Apple / Toddy Palm)

All right, fruit people! I need your help!

I am on the hunt for a fresh Toddy Palm in the USA, (a.k.a. Palmyra Fruit, Ice Apple, Tala Sash, etc.) a task that is becoming harder to accomplish the more I research.

This fruit is coconut-esque, and has delicious jelly-like kernels inside. I am looking for it for a project, and I see it is very common in India, Indonesia and many other places, but only found canned or maybe frozen over here. I can't find a good importer to the US.

I have tried the canned Toddy Palm jellies (I even attempted to paint a regular coconut and shove them in for the purposes of my project, but it didn't look right at all 😑) so I'm wondering if anyone has any leads on where to buy this fruit in the US, whole and put together.

From what I can tell from old threads, Florida farmer's markets would be a place to start, but other than that I'm only finding the canned toddy palm, and dried husks of the fruit used for terrariums. Any leads? Thanks! 😃
