Hi! I just moved to the area and work in Downtown NYC. I used to live closer to the West Side Avenue light rail, so I’m pretty familiar with the system.

Now I’m about a 20 minute walk from the 45th Street light rail, but since I have a car, I’m thinking of driving there and parking. I saw there might be a parking lot option but I’m not sure what the cost is. Do you know how it usually works, or if street parking nearby is a better option?

I don’t have a city permit yet but planning to get one soon. Just trying to understand. Thanks so much!
