I’m worried about having a dry socket. First picture is 6 hours after the removal and the second picture is today, 2.5 days after the removal. I have some slight pain in the ear, but I would say 2/10. Not bothered by any other pain. My dentist said she may have irritated some nerves which could cause my lips and teeth to feel numb, but said its normal. Don’t know if that also has something to do with the ears.

Could this be a dry socket?
