Hello, has anyone here experienced paying through a Visa card (UnionBank) on Bootcamp? My payment was successful, but my account still hasn’t been upgraded.
Story time:
I created a Bootcamp account earlier and decided to upgrade for the 2-month membership. Since my own card was having issues with online transactions, I used my cousin’s Visa card instead. The payment went through successfully, but my Bootcamp account still wasn’t upgraded. 😭
I already contacted the Bootcamp team, but they said they couldn’t find any transaction under either my email or my cousin’s email. We also double-checked my cousin’s online banking account, and the payment was deducted, but there’s still no refund until now.
What should I do? since the bootcamp team was unresponsive
