Why aren't my Monsteras fenestrating?
None of my Monteras want to fenestrate.
They are with me for at least half a year now. Most of them give bigger leaves with every growth. Most of them are on moss poles.
Humidity is about 65-70%, PPFD is between 300 and 500 (worst and best places) for 14 to 16 hours a day. Temperature is around 25 °C all the time.
They give me new leaves every 2 to 4 weeks.
I water with distilled water, using Foliage Focus, Silica and Cal-Mag with every watering at the recommended dose, correcting the pH to between 5.8-6.2. I flush the media once a month.
No pests that I've seen. I've had root rot on 2 recently, I moved all of them from aroid mix to chunky soil then (mix of perlite, pine bark, coco chips and charcoal).
What am I doing wrong?
