First time with David Austin roses. This is a Roald Dahl , and I had gotten the bare root in March so this is the progress since then. Right now I am dealing with tons of gnats, and this is the first time it is about to bloom.
Going to purchase one soon. Is it better to buy it via their website, Best Buy or Amazon? Or it doesn’t matter?

Online it says diameter wise it’s 14.7 inches . I wanted to see if it would fit on a 14.6 record console table I already own. I know the rubber feet are slightly inset from the edges of the plastic body so there might be a chance. but can anyone tell me the distance between the rubber feet just to make sure they’d all fit on the shelf.
