i got delivered an ibcc letter today expecting it to be mg equivalence certificate for alevels which i applied for last month. however, it turned out to be a deficiency letter asking me to send them my o-levels certificates, lekin i haven’t even done o-levels, im from matric background and i only applied for alevels, i js wanna make sure ke mera time aur pese tou nahi waste hue ispe? and will they send me my actual alevels equivalence bcs i need to start applying to unis and they obvs require the certificate. i have emailed them about it. also if u guys know the right email address to reach out to, kindly share pls
