Victoria in Latin literally translates to Victory/Conqueror/Triumph, and in ancient Rome Victoria was the personification of the goddess of victory. So with the word "death" you can see what this might mean.

Apparently David used the name "Vicroria Mendez" for what he had bought and sent to his house.

Mendez is derived from the Visigothic name Hermenegildo which is composed of two ancient Germanic elements, Ermen / Irmen: Meaning whole/entire/universal, and Gild: Meaning value/sacrifice/tribute.

So Victoria Mendez can be or could be a code for "Victory of my whole sacrifice" or worded in a simular way with the same meaning.
