i'm a 13 year old trans girl and recently i have had accusations made from me (I will not be stating) and its started really affecting my mental health to the point i've started self harming and i want to stop but i cant it affecting my school behaviour to I have these outbursts of anger where i get out of control and i'm scared i'm going to hurt somebody
