Hey so I’m in recovery atm and have extremeeeee hunger but there’s literally no food in my house rn and we can’t afford to get any, I’m just wondering if anyone else has struggled with this whilst trying to recover? I’m basically restricting as there’s nothing to actually have to eat 😭 really struggling with this and my mam is too proud to go to a food bank.
