How many years does it take to get "better" or be "normal" again?
I was mlested for several years by my step-brother.
It ended in 2025 after I reported him, but I'm still not "normal".
How long does it take to get better? My GP just said recovery takes a long time, but I really want to just put all this behind me and move on with my life.
