Hello I need help with 2 issues:

1. The pic attached is shows my current page order layout on top. I want it formatted like what's on the bottom!

2. Ran out of character limit in the title but what I meant by page spread is how do I make, for example, page 4 and 5 one drawing but still have it formatted as two separate pages? Like those extended pages you see in manga. (Hopefully I'm making sense </3)
