Medications to help day to day function?
So I am level one autistic and I previously didn’t like the idea of relying on a medication to function but I think it may be worth it. I really struggle with daily tasks like self care, caring for my cat, cleaning up around the house, cooking meals, work , etc. I get it done but I very often go through burn out periods and sometimes completing these tasks can take everything out of me or just be so hard I spend the rest of the day overwhelmed and it leads me to snap at people or just breakdown. Curious if anyone is on meditation for this and what it is because I’m having trouble finding stuff online and I don’t have health insurance so doctors visits to figure out what I need will be expensive. Thanks
