Hi i’m brand new to bikes and don’t know anything about wiring, i bought a cheap ktm bike off fb marketplace and it has no blinkers, i bought led blinkers off of amazon but i used a volt meter and im only getting 4 volts from the wires and i need 12 for the led blinkers. they light up but super super dim

what do i need to replace and where do i buy it and where is it located thank you!
