Seoul Beauty Trip - April 2026

Sharing my procedures, review & costs (KRW) in a similar format to the post by u/rom3zy as I enjoyed reading theirs.

Beauty background: 39yo, S.E Asian, Concerns with ageing, mid face hollowing, and pigmentation. Previous experience with fillers, botox, microblading, and microneedling. Used social media, google, and Creatrip to plan the trip.

Day 1 – Monday

Activities:

•	Arrived in Seoul- took the Arex from ICN directly to my accommodation (guesthouse in Hongdae - 138,032 KRW for 2 nights)

•	VandS Clinic Hongdae

Treatments: PicoToning, Linear Z (HIFU, 1200 shots), Potenza pore tip with 1cc polynucelotide and 1cc HA boosters (Total 1,171,590 KRW)

• Dinner at Hongojib (13,200 KRW)

Review:

VandS

I was prepared for the clinic being factory style (i.e long wait times, in and out service) but I was NOT prepared for the level of upselling in this clinic. The only things I originally planned for were the pico toning and Potenza but the prices were wildly different (3 to 4x more) to the event prices listed on their website. When the consultant showed their quotes on screen everything was in korean so I totally missed that they put me down for 1200 shots of Linear Z (the only concern I put down was my drooping cheeks so 100-300 shots would have been enough!).

I love the results of PicoToning and Potenza, Linear Z did nothing for me and I could have just done a single booster rather than talked into doing 2.

Hongojib

Great for solo dining and trying out smaller portions of k BBQ

Day 2 – Tuesday

Activities:

•	Haircut at the Days Hair, Hongdae (38,000 KRW)

•	Mani Pedi with cat eye gel at the Nail Box, Hongdae (140,000 KRW for both)

•	Eyelash perm and tint at the Ritual room, Hongdae (40,500 KRW)

•	Shopping in Hongdae and Seongsu

•	Dinner at Gojip (15,000 KRW)

Review:

Days Hair

My hair looks nothing like the picture I showed them, and more like the hairdressers own (go figure). Service was bare bones and they didn't offer any coffee or snacks.

Nail Box

First time with cat eye gel and I can't stop looking at them!

Ritual room

Friendly service. Eyelash perm and tint looked as expected and it doesn't look overprocessed.

Gojip

Again great for solo dining. Had their recommended beef soup set.

Day 3 to 7 – Wed to Sunday

Went to Japan to spend time with Family

Day 8 - Monday

•	Travel back to seoul with husband, stayed in an apartment in Gangnam (274,200 KRW for 3 nights)

•	Dinner at Odarijip (95,000 KRW for 2 people )

Rejuel Clinic

•	Husband had Excel V for spider tenglataestasis on his cheek (69,000 KRW first visit event)

•	I had mole removal around 16 moles of various sizes: 128,000 KRW including purchase of duoderm cover patches from the clinic.

Review:

Odarijip

First time having raw marinated crab. Husband was out of his comfort zone but I enjoyed it!

Rejuel

Compared to the previous clinic I had a great experience. No upselling, no waiting around (except for the numbing cream to take effect), and they spent time afterwards going through the aftercare. Husband says the Excel V actually did something for his condition, compared to the 6x IPL sessions he did previously to no effect.

Day 9 – Tuesday

Activities:

•	Bukchon hanok village and Seoul traditional folk museum

•	Namsan cable car and tower

•	Explored Myeongdong

•	Nanta show

•	Dinner at Moggumung Sinnonhyeon (87,000 KRW for 2 people)

Review:

Bukchon hanok village and traditional folk museum

Good for some photo ops. The palace was closed on a Tuesday hence why we went to the museum instead.

Namsan cable car and tower

1 hour line to get into the cable car - had we known before buying tickets we probably would have skipped this. The top had some good views.

Nanta show

Highly highly recommend, especially if you're already exploring Myeongdong. Such a funny, enjoyable show.

Moggumung

Great k bbq, abit pricier than others but they help you do cooking (so you don't need to do everything yourself). Both locals and foreigners frequent this place.

Day 10 – Wednesday

Activities:

•	Running along the hangang river

•	Back to Rejuel clinic for 2cc juvederm cheek filler and 1cc juvelook eye booster (755,700 KRW for both treatments + 48,000 KRW for the prescription antibiotics and anti swelling from the pharmacy)

•	Delumina beauty for hairline microblading (266,702 KRW)

Review:

Hangang river

Such a relaxing thing to do and to experience local life after all the touristic activities

Rejuel clinic

Same good service and pleased with the result so far. I didn't want tear trough fillers due to concerns with lumps and migration, and juvelook eye was a good alternative - I will do it again next year. The cheek fillers did more for the mid face drooping than the Linear z laser.

Delumina beauty

Recommend. Im currently in the flaking/itchy stage of the microblading process but I think it looks pretty natural and covered the bald spots along my hairline that I was concerned about.

All in all-

I’m really happy with my experience overall and aside from the first clinic, things went according to plan. Would I do it again? Already looking at flights!

Things to do again: pico, Potenza, juvelook eye

Things I want to try next: jimjilbang (sauna), skin botox, juvelook skin, body onda and fat dissolving injections.
