I need help… why can’t rest of the car dealership learn from Tesla full transparency no BS number

I've been car hunting for the past month.(Minnesota) I really can’t anymore. Tesla might be higher than this price, but at least I know everyone pays roughly the same. It took me 2 hours to get an extra $500 off the selling price, and later found out that's just the actual MSRP from Costco. Im I just bad at negotiation? I think I need a car broker

They only took an extra $500 off, plus $500 due at signing. Total comes to $14288, with monthly payments of $ 369.8. The Doc fee is at the state cap, and when I checked the Costco program later, they are listed $ 5 cheaper even after I received the $ 500 discount. Do you think they could go even lower? My goal is 0 down 350 ish a month
