My First Challenge Day

My First Challenge Day

Today I found a software that will help me easily track this process. According to the algorithm, I'm 1.2 years older than my actual age 😢

But I will share the entire process and try the routine that the AI chose for me.

Waking up early feels great.

I will also get a blood test today and share the results here.

I'm motivated enough now. It's all about taking action from now on.💪🏽

tired all the time at 28?

28F here. I’ve been tired pretty much every day lately and it’s starting to annoy me.

Sleep is okay, diet could be better, stress is probably there too.

Did anyone figure out what was actually making them feel like this? Vitamin D, B12, iron, sleep, something else?

Hi everyone! I’m on a journey to optimize my longevity markers and just received my blood work.
My Vitamin D is at 5.59 and B12 is at 252.

I really want to avoid standard pharmacy pills if possible. I'm looking for natural ways specific foods, sun exposure protocols, or even certain gut health hacks that helped you boost absorption.

Has anyone successfully raised these levels ?
