Help figuring out why the end result is so blotchy

My print came out pretty blotchy and i’m not really sure why, could use some insight on why this happened. The last slide was my test print which came out pretty well, I used the same amount of ink on my test print and my real try. Slides 2 and 3 are the front and back of the screen.
