Can somebody help me
Hi everyone! I’m still pretty new to cooking and I’d really like to challenge myself by making a beef Wellington for the first time. Since it’s quite a complex dish, I’m trying to plan everything properly before I start.
What kitchen tools, utensils, or equipment would you recommend for a beginner to make the process easier and avoid common mistakes? Also, are there any preparation tips or things you wish you had known before making it for the first time?
