You have failed at the #1 task of being a manager. Train your replacements.

If the store can't function without you being there (it can), you failed.

If you are worried about getting a day off, because the store lead can no longer carry the store for you, you failed.

If you and the store lead can't take a vacation at the same time, because you don't have faith that your coaches and team leads can handle it without either of you, you failed.

If this is personal to you, you shouldn't be a store manager.
