So I think someone tried to use my identity. To file taxes I have to use an ip pin. The only way I can get it is through mail because my there’s already and account for id.me. I did not sign up for id.me and when I try to login, it’s an email I don’t recognize. When I email them they give me the same automated response. Does anyone know how to talk to an actual person that can help?
