I previously posted for someone to take over my lease but it sounds like my landlord is looking for someone long term. The apartment is currently $1200 but this might increase to $1400. Utilities are included minus wifi ($40/month).

Is anyone interested in signing a new lease from June to June? Pets are allowed and there’s free parking in the lot behind the building. I’m leaving because I’m starting classes in the fall so I can no longer work full time to afford it. I’m also posting here because this is a private landlord who’s really awesome - I’ve only been here for about 5 months and I’d like to help him find someone.
