What can cause this and how serious is it? I was thinking it’s running lean but now I’m not sure since I just noticed this today. First pic is right exhaust and second is left for comparison.

Hey there, just got my first bike recently and im wondering how I can accomplish something.
For starters, it’s a 2015 250cc. At the moment I’m doing some research but nothing is really answering what I’m asking on Google. So I’m trying to put a new seat, a rear fender, and a backseat on it, possibly bags as well but that would be later down the road. Does anyone know of anywhere I can first buy those and have them be of at least decent quality? And also if anyone has any tips for the installation of those parts, I’d love to hear it.
