i have a final project due in two days and i was working on it for hours yesterday. it was fine this morning but at some point today my laptop crashed and it deleted all of my progress. i have no idea how to get it back and im freaking out, please help!!!

I'm graduating college in three weeks and have been applying to different masters programs, one of which would be the cognitive neuroscience program at sapienza. the instructions say to make an info stud account and pay the fee to get started. don't i have to submit literally any documents first?
and when i try to pay the fee, it gives me a pop up saying i need to declare a phone number and an address (both of which are on my profile).
im at a complete loss!!!
