Paid ads are insanely expensive right now for early stage B2B. We burned a big % of budget on Google and LinkedIn in Q1 and the returns just were negative, like we didn't make profit. So I've been trying to figure out organic channels instead, specifically Reddit / Linkedin / Threads maybe

The problem is it's genuinely hard to do and we lack of experience. We've tried post for few days but still interesting about potential

What's actually been working for now is finding threads where people are already having questions about the exact problem we solve. And we tried commenting a lot and help, takes a lot of time though. We also kina automated the process after trying different things, for now leadix app working good in terms of comments and posts. Because manually checkigs subreddits every day wasn't cheap.

The thing we still not solved is that even when I find the right thread at the right moment, I'm never sure if the response lands as genuine. And that uncertainty is kind of exhausting. Some communities seem more receptive than others. r/SaaS for example. Some of the smaller niche subs have been way better, like the signal to noise ratio feels lower and people actually engage with you

Has anyone found a way to build consistent presence in these communities without it becoming a second full-time job? Or figured out which types of posts actually invite organic product discussion vs. just general advice threads? Thanks
