Hey guys! I've been a huge fan of Astro Boy since I was a little girl and it's one of my hyperfixations. It's gotten worse as an adult lol, but I somehow never managed to stumble upon this rather interesting piece of media. Now, I cant find much information regarding this other than it was released in 1959, and it was a series. The costume looks uncanny valley and grabbed my intrigue since im a sucker for uncanny, etc that sort of stuff. According to IMDB, it had only one season with 13 episodes. If you go to the link you'll find 5 stills of it. It looks uncanny but cool at the same time!

This is a holiday Snow White porcelain doll from 2003 iirc? I included an image of her out of the box so you could see her dress better. Images are NOT mine, from ebay.

When I see others redesign Snow White's dress, it's usually the original 1930s version (with the dulled out colors) and there is NOTHING wrong with that! But I was thinking how most of the live action princesses' dress (like Cinderella and Ariel) are not exact replicas of their animated counter parts

Since Rachael's dress was mostly blue, they should have just gone all the way like these photos! Maybe minus the collar or have it not be so big. It still has its iconic shape but the shades of blue combined with white look so lovely !
