I gave the wrong script out. Am I going to be okay?
So a little bit ago I accidentally gave the wrong medication. I was listening to my pharmacist tell me something as the address was told and I thought I got it right. I was in the drive thru. The man turned around and told me about it. It wasn’t opened nothing wrong just given to the wrong person. I told the pharmacist and she said I’d get a note put down for this apparently you have three in a six month period before you’re fired so I know I’m okay in that sense but I’m literally panicking here on if say the rules changed and I’ll be fired tmrw or if I’ll get idk my hours cut cuz of this mistake. I know the patient is okay because like I said it wasn’t opened at all so no one was hurt. So now I’m just worried I might have failed my whole job and might have just ruined my whole career because I didn’t double ask for the address. Am I going to be okay?
