i am exhausted today, which is a big trigger for me. i am more hungry, so after lunch i ate a protein cookie with two tablespoons of peanut butter. I will probably be over my kcals goal for the day (i am supposed to be in kcal deficit), but at least i didn't binge!

I relapsed hard these last weeks bc of exams. I have been eating more to prevent binges but it didn't help. I ate normally on thursday and then yesterday blew everything up with a binge of 10K kcals. I don't know what to do. I am 4kg heavier than two weeks ago, and had like 7 days of 10K kcals binge spread in these two weeks

how do i lose this weight quickly? is it water weight?
