So I run a mastermind for small business owners of coaches and consultants (c.30) and I also have an online reach of thousands of others who are growing their businesses.
I want to set up GHL for my own coaching practice, then show my clients/community how to set theirs up to grow their practices.
I am overwhelmed by the jargon & features. I don't consider myself an agency owner but see the opportunity here to support relatively these experts, who are typically not tech-savvy, to access a system designed for exactly their needs, and to support them to build it out, get more leads, and better deliver their services. So I can have both the services revenue from my mastermind, and the saas on top.
My thinking is the following - does this sound right?
- Get GHL operating really well for myself and my own use cases
- Showcase it to trusted clients inside my mastermind, and see if anyone wants help setting theirs up
- Assuming successful, roll it out as a paid service to those who do/
- Start promoting this outside of the mastermind, so there is sales from non members too
My questions:
- Would need to offer tech support, just snapsots, or is there something in between these options?
- If I hire someone to help me, is there a persona who understands this business case and could guide me on the tech and business set up side?
- I'm thinking to have a dedicated techie on retainer for myself and my clients needs. Should they be GHL accredited?
