So I run a mastermind for small business owners of coaches and consultants (c.30) and I also have an online reach of thousands of others who are growing their businesses.

I want to set up GHL for my own coaching practice, then show my clients/community how to set theirs up to grow their practices.

I am overwhelmed by the jargon & features. I don't consider myself an agency owner but see the opportunity here to support relatively these experts, who are typically not tech-savvy, to access a system designed for exactly their needs, and to support them to build it out, get more leads, and better deliver their services. So I can have both the services revenue from my mastermind, and the saas on top.

My thinking is the following - does this sound right?

  1. Get GHL operating really well for myself and my own use cases
  2. Showcase it to trusted clients inside my mastermind, and see if anyone wants help setting theirs up
  3. Assuming successful, roll it out as a paid service to those who do/
  4. Start promoting this outside of the mastermind, so there is sales from non members too

My questions:

  1. Would need to offer tech support, just snapsots, or is there something in between these options?
  2. If I hire someone to help me, is there a persona who understands this business case and could guide me on the tech and business set up side?
  3. I'm thinking to have a dedicated techie on retainer for myself and my clients needs. Should they be GHL accredited?
