i only remember a few specific details. i'm pretty sure it was a straight to vhs movie about a guardian angel who was assigned to two children, a boy and a girl. their mother had died and i think the dad had a new girlfriend, there was a scene where she got jam toast on the front of her shirt. i think there was a plot about saving a playground too? i wish i could remember more!
