- 4-Way Focus Latch (RS-NOR Array):
• Only one direction (N/S/E/W) can be active at a time
• Selecting new direction auto-resets the previous three
- Write Router (Dual Mode):
• SINGLE WRITE (Rod 7) → AND-gated with Focus Latch → specific bank
• GLOBAL WRITE (Rod 8) → Bypasses latch → direct +1 to all 4 banks
- Reset Line (Rod 9):
• Strong global reset pulse to all counters + dog recovery system
