I live with my girlfriend in a rented apartment, im studying for a sailing job and next year i will have my first contract for around 3-5 months, i told my gf (of 3 years) that i would like not to pay rent during the time and she wasnt a big fan of it, i will only get paid around 500-600 euro as a trainee on the job so i d have to pay 50% of my salary just for rent, we ve been living together for 1 years due to having the university in the same city, at first she said she wants to live alone and for me to go to college dorm but them we ended up living together. Im kinda sceptical about it because i will end up spending most of my small salary just for rent and wont be able to save money for anything else ( like the final exam that will cost around 3000 euros). So AITA for not wanting go pay rent and willing to move to dorm?
